JumpCut!, CNY Arts Center's Film & Television Accelerator, is an exciting new venture that's set to change the landscape of local filmmaking forever. By allowing Central New York filmmakers to fundraise through a 501(c)(3), they’re able to control their own budget while offering community businesses and individuals the opportunity to make tax-deductible charitable donations that directly support the local arts.

The biggest hurdle for small independent movie-makers in our region is the means to pay actors, artists, musicians, technicians, and crew.

CNY Arts Center is proud to provide a means for them to “jump” that hurdle and “cut” through the red tape typically associated with fundraising.
